Our pricing options are:
1. a competitive hourly fixed rate
2. fixed price (detailed scope for a complete job)
Our work such as gutter cleaning is at an agreed fixed price.

Payments
We provide a copy of a written invoice and work can be paid for in cash or via bank transfer.

How long will gutter cleaning work take?
This is usually related to the total area to be cleaned plus the degree of cleaning required, i.e. heavily stained areas take longer than you'd expect!

Who supplies the materials?
We can supply the materials if required but will discuss this with you when we make an assessment of the work.

Will we be provided with before and after photos?
Photos of the work undertaken are normally taken and a copy can be provided if requested.

What happens if the scope changes?
We always scope out outdoor work first but sometimes there have to be changes to suit the work in progress, we will discuss this with you before continuing.

How long after I contact you will you start the work.
This would be agreed when we discuss the work required.

Where are you based?
We are based in Richmond, North Yorkshire and will undertake work within a 25 mile radius.

We knew we had picked a quality tradesman when Richard turned up to supply a quote bang on time. After we accepted Richard contacted us again to confirm we understood what he could actually achieve (he was rectifying some previous poor work by another ‘tradesman’) and did not want to potentially mislead us. He was as punctual on the actual day that the work was to commence.
He once again explained everything, then set about laying his equipment out, Richard was very well prepared with a box full of fully charged batteries and such like. He and his colleague started the work, tidying and cleaning as they went. Before very long and without any fuss phase 1 digging/grinding the existing grout out was completed. Phase 2 was a power wash.
Then once the patio was dry ish, they laid the new material. Richard and his colleague were superb from start to finish. After doing such a superb job, we have asked for him to come back and do our guttering, which I am pleased to say he has set a date.
